We are so excited to welcome Rabbis Linda Motzkin and Jonathan Rubenstein to the Religious School as part of our Mitch Dorson Scholar-on-Residence weekend. Students of all ages will spend the morning engaging with the Rabbis and learning how a Torah scroll is made, getting to proofread an actual panel of the Torah, and learning to make the best bagels in the west!

In the Mishna, Pirkei Avot 3:17, we learn that without bread (literally “flour”), there is no Torah; without Torah there is no bread. Interested in learning more but can’t make this event? Join Rabbis Linda and Jonathan at one of the other activities during our scholar-in-residence weekend.
