In the Mishna, Pirkei Avot 3:17, we learn that without bread (literally “flour”), there is no Torah; without Torah there is no bread. Interested in learning more but can’t make this event? Join Rabbis Linda and Jonathan at one of the other activities during our scholar-in-residence weekend.

Welcome the new week with Havdalah followed by breakout sessions on Sacred Sewing & Baking Biblically.

On Sunday morning the Rabbis will engage our religious school students in learning how a Torah scroll is made, proofreading panels of the Torah, and making bagels!
