STEP 1: Make Sure You Are Logged In

If you would like to join Kol Ami as a first-time member,  you may skip this step and go to Step 2.
 
If you are renewing your membership, please verify that you are logged into ShulCloud, please look in the top right corner of this webpage. If you see Welcome [First Name]! you are logged in and can proceed to the next step!
 
If you see LOG IN click here to log in. 
 
If you have never logged in before, or do not remember your password, click Forgot my Password? you will then be prompted to enter your email, and you will receive a link, by email, to reset your password.

STEP 3: Update Your Account

We have recently added new sections to our membership database that we hope will help us better serve you.

STEP 4: Add Additional Family Members

If you have children that are apart of the Kol Ami community, please CLICK HERE to verify that they are listed on your account. If they are not, click, Add Person, to add them.

STEP 5: Review Your Info In The Online Directory

We are so excited to have an online directory that can be accessed by current members and has the most up-to-date information you can use to find your friends!

STEP 6: Adding Yahrzeits 

If you have a family member or friend that you would like to receive notification of yearly Yahrzeit, please CLICK HERE to verify that they are listed on your account. If they are not, click Add Person, to add them.

Do you need assistance with joining or renewing your annual membership commitment? Come to the Kol Ami Member AIDE Event! We will have office staff ready to create or renew your membership and help you find your way in ShulCloud. There are new options we can help you navigate, including the ability to be in the upcoming online directory (able to view by members only)!  
 
As part of this event, a professional photographer will take individual, couple, and family portraits for the directory for free. You are not under any obligation to have your portrait made or purchase portraits. Kol Ami does receive money when a portrait is purchased. An online gallery for proofing and purchasing will be available by June 14th. If you choose to purchase portraits after seeing your proof, the pricing is below. 
 
A light nosh will be provided. Come meet the staff and schmooze with other members.
