Join the Men of Kol Ami in friendship and brotherhood!
Our focus is to provide social activities to bring our Kol Ami family together for fun, food, and friendship while raising funds to support the mission of our congregation.
Why not be a part of our group of great people and contribute to the growth and prosperity of congregational life?
We have a monthly men’s night out at one of Tucson’s fine restaurants (bars), and we have added a monthly discussion group – topic and location vary.
Dues are chai ($18/year).
MoKA Monthly Events
-

Monthly Business Meeting
MoKA invites all Kol Ami men to our monthly Sunday meeting on the first Sunday of every month. We’ll check in, share updates, and discuss upcoming plans for the group. It’s a great way to stay involved and help shape what’s ahead.
-

Primavera Dinner Making
Each month, the Men of Kol Ami (MoKA) come together to prepare and serve dinner at the Primavera Men’s Shelter, providing nourishment and kindness to members of our Tucson community who are experiencing homelessness.
This ongoing effort reflects the Jewish value of gemilut chasadim—acts of lovingkindness—and the mitzvah of caring for those in need.
Whether you enjoy cooking or serving, your participation makes a meaningful difference. To learn more or volunteer, email moka@katucson.org.
-

Discussion Group
MoKA invites all congregants to join their monthly discussion group, where a new topic each month sparks thoughtful, engaging, and lively conversation.
This is a conversation—not a presentation or lecture. Together, we explore meaningful ideas and questions through a Jewish lens, sharing perspectives, experiences, and insights in an open and respectful setting. We truly want to hear what you have to say.
Bring your curiosity, take a little time to reflect on the topic if you’d like, and join us for a friendly and engaging exchange.

Wet Wednesday
MoKA invites all men of Kol Ami to join them for good food, good drinks, and good times once a month!
