Consideration and appreciation for others is at the core of all we do. This is critical to maintaining a culture of care and responsibility. No member will value what we provide until they know how much we care and respect them and their point of view.

Integrity - יוֹשֶׁר Yosher: Integrity (e.g. Numbers 30.3 - we must carry out all that has crossed our lips).

We earn trust by being truthful and honest in what we do and how we act and behave towards others. We say it, show it and do it. This allows us to feel both vulnerable and transparent, allowing us to be accountable to ourselves, fellow members, and our community.

Partnerships - שׁוּתָפוּת Shutafut: Partnership (e.g. Genesis 2.18 - it is not good for humans to be alone).

This is how we put our core values into action. We build and foster relationships for mutual success. We commit to our partnerships by being loyal to ourselves and others.

Adaptable - סְגִילוּת Segilut: Adaptability (e.g. Genesis 12.1 - The Eternal said to Abram, “Go forth from your native land and from your father’s house to the land that I will show you.)

Adaptability requires that we ask, what is next? By listening to our members and each other we create a roadmap of continuous evolution, and make necessary changes deliberately, systematically, and with purpose.

Curious - סַקרָנוּת Sakranut: Curiosity (e.g. Pirke Avot 4.1 - Ben Zoma says: Who is the wise? One who learns from all people).

Our desire for knowledge empowers us to see solutions where others see intractable problems. The only way to find our way is to continue to ask the right questions.

Relational - יַחֲסִי Yachasi: Relational (e.g. Martin Buber - All real living is meeting).

Empathy and generosity are at the center of all we do. This is the cornerstone of providing and nurturing a welcoming and engaging community.
