About Us: The purpose of the Youth Education Committee (YEC) is to provide support for the Education Director and the staff and students of the religious school. The YEC meets a few times throughout the school year and plans events such as the Open House Program at the beginning of the school year, the welcome back lunch for staff, grade-based introductory meals, and the Teacher Appreciation Shabbat. Parents are encouraged to join the committee. In addition, members with backgrounds in education, Judaic Studies, basic accounting principles, and other talents, as needed, are always welcome.
