Help staying in your home, emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, and eviction prevention.
Primavera Foundation
Emergency shelter (men's, women's, and family programs), rapid re-housing, and rent/utility assistance, plus workforce support to help you get back on stable footing. The number below is their Emergency Services line, which handles rent/utility assistance directly.

Rent and utility assistance, senior food boxes, mobile meals, and case management — serving Tucson from three office locations.
Pima County Community Assistance Division
The county office that helps Pima County households with rent, mortgage, and utility payments to prevent eviction or shutoff.
Coordinated Entry (Homelessness Assessment)
The centralized "front door" for anyone experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Pima County — one assessment connects you to the right shelter or housing program. Access it through an intake partner:

A national nonprofit offering rent-relief grants for families with school-age children facing a sudden financial hardship.
Pima County Emergency Eviction Legal Services
Free legal navigators and attorney help for Pima County tenants (income at or below 80% of area median) who are facing eviction.
Utility Bill Help
Assistance with heating, cooling, electric, gas, and water bills.
LIHEAP (Arizona)
Federal program helping pay heating and cooling bills; households already receiving DES assistance are automatically eligible. Pima County applicants apply through the Community Assistance Division above.
Southwest Gas Assistance
