As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Eileen is the welcoming face of Kol Ami. Known for her bubbly personality and eagerness to help, she’s the go-to person for understanding the day-to-day happenings in the building.

Eileen, a Tucson native, came back to Tucson after the passing of her father, in order to be closer to her mother. Once back in Tucson, she worked with the Catalina Foothills School District, Facilities Department before coming to Congregation Or Chadash. With the formation of Kol Ami, Eileen is the Executive Assistant working with the Executive Director and clergy. Being in our historic building brings her back to where she started her Jewish learning. If you walk the halls of the ECE, you will find her picture on the wall.

Before moving back to Tucson, she worked in Knoxville, TN where she was the Assistant to the News Director at the local NBC affiliate. Eileen loves U of A sports, cheering on her favorite the teams. She also enjoys gardening, her two sweet cats, and finding treasures at garage sales. Be careful as she has her 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo. She is the proud mother of Marissa.

- Serve as the welcoming face of Kol Ami Synagogue for those who call or visit-providing guidance and warmth to members, guests, and vendors.

- Provide support to our community and its members.

- Answer phones, greet visitors, and ensure that inquiries and requests are handled with warmth and efficiency.

- Prepare printed materials for Shabbat, i.e., Kaddish and Mi Sheberach lists.
