Mindy leads our highly regarded Early Childhood Center, serving more than 150 children from infancy through prekindergarten. She is supported by Assistant Director Anna Milman and Noelle Bozoich—together forming a knowledgeable, dynamic team. Mindy earned her bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, aligning with her love of recreation and child development, and later pursued a master’s in Special Education. Guided by mentor Lyn Henry, she has been part of the Strauss ECE and Kol Ami community for over 20 years. She enjoys family time, theater, games, good food, and creative crafts.

- Oversees daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for all children. 

- Leads and supports staff through training, evaluating, scheduling and mentoring 

- Maintains compliance with state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and school policies 

- Builds strong relationships with families through communication, community events and parent partnerships. Connects ECE families and children to the Kol Ami Community. 

- Manages budgets and enrollment, including tuition, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
